This course is designed to promote physical fitness, the development of motor skills, and the overall health and wellness of each individual through activities and exercises. These activities include individual competitions, team competitions, and games that improve stamina, flexibility, and strength. The course also includes lessons in nutrition and injury prevention.
This course offers a comprehensive range of exercises that focus on core strength, balance, coordination, upper and lower body strength, and much more. These exercises not only help individuals become physically stronger, but they also deepen their understanding of the body’s anatomy.
