Join us for our Youth Sports Night at Hood Fitness!
Your child/children will participate in an exciting and engaging night that includes athletic training, fitness form and technique, nutrition guidance and fun games that improve athleticism.
Check-in and drop-off begins at 5:45 PM. Pickup at 8:00 PM.
